Italian inspired contemporary restaurant, Culaccino, has now taken residence in the Hamptons!

The newly opened restaurant chef-owner Jon Albrecht, who recently was their chef at Flagship in Montauk, is located at the Water Mill Square address recently occupied by Manna Ristorante.

We dined on Watermelon Gazpacho for an appetizer, Grilled Eggplant Lightly grilled sicilian eggplant, mushroom ricotta, cherry tomatoes and the fish of the day which was a beautifully prepared halibut seasoned with delicate herbs and fresh lemon.

Other signature dishes include: gnocchi with ricotta, mint, pancetta, onion and rosemary; confit of chicken with wild mushroom and quinoa-flour crepe; grilled hanger steak with chimichurri and beet fries; and a double-cut wild boar chop.

It is always a treat to dine at Paname NYC. In my opinion it is the finest French dining in Manhattan.

My guest and I dined on the summer menu, including Roast Duck, Blood Pudding,  Filet of Sole and the finest choice of Filet Mignon!

The restaurant is right in the heart of midtown near Bloomingdales and conveniently located right off the 59th Street Bridge for Queens residents and Long Islanders that wish to enjoy a Manhattan Fabulous French Dinner.
